Will you change my staff?
We don't make staffing changes without the owner's involvement. Your people matter to us.
What changes for my dogs and my clients?
We pride ourselves on transparency. If something may change, we'll tell you up front, and any change is centered on dog safety, client satisfaction, and thoughtfully adding services that strengthen what you've built. We think of it as change happening alongside you and your interests, not to you.
How long does the process take?
Typically 60–90 days from first call to close, depending on diligence complexity.
Do I need a broker?
It's entirely up to you. We're comfortable working directly with you or alongside your broker, and we have plenty of experience with both. Whatever's easiest for you works for us.
What states do you operate in?
We're focused on Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan and surrounding Midwest states.
What happens to me after close?
We're looking for long-term partners to help us build a premier dog resort from the ground floor, so if you want to stay on and lead, we'd love that. And if you're ready to step back, we'll build a 1-2+ year transition plan that protects the legacy and the team you've built.
How do you value my business?
We look at the whole picture. The numbers matter (profitability, growth, and how the facility runs), but so do the things that don't show up on a spreadsheet: your reputation, the trust you've earned, and the quality of what you've built. We'll walk you through how it all comes together for your business.
Is this confidential?
Absolutely. We sign an NDA before reviewing any financials.
