Owners open to staying on or transitioning over 1-2 years or more. We are actively looking for long term partners to help us build an industry leading dog resort.

How Valuation Works

We value the whole picture, not just a spreadsheet.

A business like yours is worth more than its numbers alone. We look at the financials and how the business runs, plus the reputation, relationships, and trust you've built along the way. We'll walk you through how it all comes together, in language that actually makes sense.

    Profitability, growth, and the operational metrics of your facility tell us how the business performs and where it's headed. Any multiples you've heard are illustrative only. We'll show you how yours is built.

  • The intangibles

    Your reputation, your team, and the trust you've earned in your community are real value. We account for what you've built, not just what's on the books.

  • Direct or with your broker

    We're equally comfortable working directly with you or alongside your broker; we have plenty of experience with both. Whatever's easiest for you works for us.

The Process

From first call to close, usually 60 to 90 days.

    A confidential, no-obligation conversation to get to know each other and your business.

  2. NDA

    We sign a mutual NDA before reviewing any financials.

  3. Diligence

    A straightforward review of your numbers, a site visit, and time with you and your team.

  4. LOI

    A written offer that lays out terms plainly, including any equity rollover and your role going forward.

  5. Close

    We finalize, plan the transition together, and stay alongside you through it.

Will you change my staff?
We don't make staffing changes without the owner's involvement. Your people matter to us.
What changes for my dogs and my clients?
We pride ourselves on transparency. If something may change, we'll tell you up front, and any change is centered on dog safety, client satisfaction, and thoughtfully adding services that strengthen what you've built. We think of it as change happening alongside you and your interests, not to you.
How long does the process take?
Typically 60–90 days from first call to close, depending on diligence complexity.
Do I need a broker?
It's entirely up to you. We're comfortable working directly with you or alongside your broker, and we have plenty of experience with both. Whatever's easiest for you works for us.
